BEWARE. This company is a scam.
BEWARE. Do not contact them for help. They will find a way to steal your assets. They will claim to help you.
They will ask for you to allow them to use "ANYDESK" to see your screen. They will ask you for information that will allow them to transfer your assets. It happened to me on Dec 26, 2023. They stole $3500 in Crypto from my wallet.
Do not contact them.
Do allow them to use ANYDESK to view your screen.
Do not give them any information. PERIOD.
They are also known as CRYPTO CUSTOMER CARE an Blockchain customer support live chat
They are a SCAM

I missed directed my funds, they sent it back. I didn't know they sent it back and I blocked all transactions. Hoping I can be helped again.

All they did was try to get my credit card number. They were not helpful at all. All I need is my Crypto.com address so I can transfer crypto from another account/platform to crypto.com and I still do

I ended up selling most of my crypto on Crypto.com, or transferring it to other wallets, and your site did not help at all they were not helpful in any means

First of all, after three phone calls and three chats with your bots, my issue is still unresolved. All I need is my Crypto.com address so that I can have some crypto from another platform sent to my Crypto.com account, but your bot was so busy asking for my credit card number. They never solved my problem, so they can forget it.
